Privacy Policy for Brain puzzles

This Privacy Policy explains how the Android application Brain puzzles handles information.

Information We Collect

Brain puzzles does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, phone number, address, contacts, location, photos, messages, payment information, advertising ID, or passwords.

The App does use advertising, behavioral tracking, social-login, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

• Unlocked and completed levels;
• Scores, coins, stars, moves, mistakes, and hints;
• Game preferences and progress;
• Downloaded level images and cached level information.

This information is not sent to us. It can be deleted by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

Internet and Remote Content

The App uses an internet connection to download new puzzle levels and images. Our hosting providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, request time, requested file, response status, and basic device or user-agent information.

This technical processing is used only for content delivery, security, reliability, and prevention of abuse. We do not use it for personalized advertising or profiling.

Third-Party Services

The App may use the following services:

• Cloudflare Pages for delivering levels and images;
• GitHub for hosting game content;
• Google Play for App distribution and updates.

Children's Privacy

Brain puzzles does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not provide accounts, chat, public posting, advertising, or behavioral tracking. Parents or guardians may contact us if they believe a child has provided personal information.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress and downloaded content remain on your device until App storage is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, or comply with legal obligations.

Security

Remote content is requested through HTTPS, and game information is stored in the App's private device storage. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about the handling of your personal data. These rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, India's DPDP Act, and similar privacy laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, applicable laws, or our service providers change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
